If you are more than 10 minutes late arriving for a lesson without giving proper notice, the lesson will be canceled and you will not be refunded. The school takes five weeks off per year for Spring Break, Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. These dates will be announced in advance via email and Facebook. Tuition remains the same during this time. Because you are not paying for this time, there is no need for refunds, make-up lessons, or credits. *

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you can do so online via the portal. Lessons can be rescheduled within 30 days IF the schedule allows. You can see the schedule online via the portal. If there are no times available, you will not be refunded or credited for the missed lesson. In the event we need to cancel lessons, we will hold make-up lessons.. *

Do not bring sick kids to lessons. Please cancel and reschedule. (Virtual lessons are available for Deluxe/Private Lessons.) If your child attends lessons sick, they will be sent home. This lesson will not be credited, refunded, or made up. - We take videos and photos of students during lessons to use for marketing. *
