We know what you’re thinking…bagpipes are LOUD!
We’re not going to lie, they are loud.
BUT Bagpipe students learn to play the practice chanter first which is similar to a recorder only way easier on the ears!
Once they master the practice chanter, they’re ready to get a set of bagpipes. This processes normally takes about a year for the average student. This means, you don’t have to make a huge commitment up front. (And your ears can get used to the sound before introducing the loud pipes!)
